• Location: Fort Collins , Colorado - Garcia House
• Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Times: Wednesday - Saturday 10:00AM to 8:00PM What You'll Do:
  
  Therapists provide on-going and/or acute clinical assessment, diagnosis, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for child and/or adult clients with mild to severe mental health symptoms, substance use disorder symptoms, and/or disabilities. Therapists will develop, document, and monitor treatment plans; monitor and document treatment services, interactions, and progress. Ensure that documentation and maintenance of client chart meets agency, state, federal, etc. audit standards. Collaborate with internal (i.e. medical, psychiatric, clinical, case management, peers, etc.) and external (i.e. referral agencies, family, friends, etc.) treatment team members and/or supports around a client's treatment plan goals, treatment, and treatment progress. Coordinate with collaterals and/or partner agencies during and after a client's treatment to ensure sustainable support and step-down services are in place.

  Residential (Garcia House) - a specialty co-occurring residential Circle Program providing comprehensive ASAM 3.7 and 3.5 residential treatment to individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
  
  Essential Duties:
  • Direct client care to include care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and related clinical services.
  • Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals.
  • Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.
  • Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments within the medical clinic setting, to include review of treatment options and referral information.
  • Provides on going care coordination within SummitStone, community agencies and resources.
  • Provides crisis intervention to include crisis assessment and de-escalation.
  • Provides onsite collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments for those clients identified with behavioral health needs.
  • Clinical documentation.
  • Supports and fosters team values with peers and clinic staff, to provide support and remove barriers.
  • Maintains superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions/requests in timely matter.
  • May participate on committees (both internal and external), in meetings, and works on projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Required:
    • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited College or University and registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure.
    • At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
    • At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Preferred:
      • Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) preferred.
      • Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred. Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver's license.

          Our Behavioral Health Therapists have access to exceptional training opportunities in evidence-based practices and support in gaining and keeping licensure and addictions certification:
          • Receive supervision toward clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) at no cost to the employee.
          • Receive reimbursement for obtaining clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) in addition to base pay increase
          • Have the opportunity to participate in specialized clinical certifications (i.e. EMDR, etc.) Total Rewards
            
            The hiring range:
            • Masters Level Unlicensed: $27.89 - $33.47 per hour
            • Masters Level Licensed: $31.75 - $38.09 per hour
            • Based on relevant years of experience.
