The Senior Accountant will play a key role in contributing to increased operational efficiencies and underlying accounting team data management. Come grow with us!Location: Indianapolis, IN (currently in-office 4 days)HOW WILL YOU HELP US GROW?-- Calculates and records daily/weekly journal entries and month end accruals as assigned -- Daily Sales Reconciliations-- Daily Depository bank reconciliation -- Responsible for other weekly/monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations as assigned-- Quarterly reporting of royalties due -- Weekly Inventory Production Run-- Issue Credit/Debit Memos-- Monitor and respond to credit card disputes-- Audit customer pricing-- Tracking and execution of Customer Agreements-- Update annual Pricing to customers in ERP System -- Assist Controller with setting Standards in ERP system -- Validate monthly sales tax collected with Avalara -- Assist Manager with analyzing monthly SGA actuals vs budget variances -- Assist Controller with 1099 issuance (no prior experience necessary)-- Vendor Management -- Assist with YE Audits -- Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed-- Serves as primary payroll backup Requirements:WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?-- Bachelor's degree in accounting-- 3+ years of related work experience-- Experience in a small-mid size scaling company, tech industry background is a plus -- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines-- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented -- Desire to make the accounting processes more efficient and effective-- Team player mindset, willing to learn and take on new responsibilities-- Ability to use analytical thinking skills to solve problems-- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel -- Experience with Sage Intacct software a plus -- Domo Reporting experience a plusHOW WILL WE HELP YOU GROW?-- Up to 5% 401K company match-- $2500 annual HSA contribution -- Up to $15K in continued ed reimbursement-- Healthy snacks -- Free headquarters gym access-- Collaborative, positive and energetic team environment!The role responsibilities are many, various, and not limited to those written in this document.PI37ce28e4664f-25660-36926248
