Taft is currently seeking a Client Financial Services Specialist to support our Indianapolis office. We are seeking a Client Financial Services Specialist to support our Indianapolis office. A Client Financial Services Specialist maximizes firm revenue by working with attorneys and then communicating with clients to obtain payment while maintaining high client service standards. All Taft employees operate under a "Client First" philosophy-in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients. Essential Functions: Generate and review accounts receivable reports. Review of monthly Reminder Statements. Meet with attorneys to review accounts receivable. Conduct custom collection plans for each client that consists of emails, phone calls and standard mail correspondence. Enter notes and client contact information in database. Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue. Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in revenue and find success as a group. Conduct credit searches for new client intake, report results and make recommendation on client intake and retainer requirement. Assist attorneys in meeting their reporting year goals. Assist firm in meeting their fiscal year end goals. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, negotiation and client service skills. Experience with Excel is helpful. Education and Experience: High school diploma required (some college preferred) or equivalent work experience. Experience in client service is preferred along with proven ability to overcome obstacles to get results.
