Job Description:
Cathedral High School on the northside of Indianapolis is hiring
a Head Cheer Coach beginning this summer for 2025-2026.The Head
Cheer Coach at Cathedral High School will be responsible for
developing and leading a competitive cheer program that encourages
teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth while incorporating
our Holy Cross values among all team members. This role requires an
individual who is passionate about cheerleading, skilled in
coaching techniques, and committed to a positive experience for all
student-athletes. The ideal candidate will possess strong
leadership skills and the ability to mentor young student-athletes
while promoting school spirit. The Head Coach is called to be kind,
collaborative, innovative, zealous, engaged, joyful and effective
in their role.
