A company is looking for a Vice President of Life and Annuity
TPA Strategy and Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize Life and Annuity
TPA services
Lead transformational initiatives to improve operational processes
and enhance customer experience
Provide leadership during client due diligence and implementation
initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related
field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the life and annuity insurance
industry, focusing on TPA services
Proven track record in strategy development and operational
transformation
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee
multiple initiatives
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive
change across the organization
