Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Strategy Director to
develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of workforce strategies that
align with business goals
Utilize data analytics to assess the workforce and predict future
talent needs
Own the evolution of partnership and subcontracting strategies to
optimize collaboration
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
10+ years of experience in Professional Services Delivery or
Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and data
analytics
Proven track record of influencing business decisions with senior
leadership
Experience in organizational change and leading cross-functional
teams
