Job Description:
A company is looking for a PEO Implementation Manager to oversee
the implementation for Professional Employer Organization
clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for PEO
services, focusing on payroll processes
Partner with clients to understand their payroll needs and
customize solutions
Leverage PrismHR software to configure payroll settings and ensure
data accuracy
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in payroll implementation, ideally within a
PEO or HR service environment
2+ years of experience in an implementation manager role
Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software and payroll
systems
Familiarity with global payroll processes and PEO operations
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple implementations simultaneously
