• Certification Details
• AHA Only - NON-AHA certifications are only acceptable as placeholder while AHA certifications pending completion
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM certifications may be required depending on unit and role
• Certifications that are expiring within a week of start must be renewed
• Must indicate correct spelling of candidates full legal name
  • Job Details
  • 36 hours per week
  • Targeted patient ratios are 1:6
  • Unit may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients
  • The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care
  • Nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the needs of the unit
    • Job Requirements
    • Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
    • BLS - must be able to read and interpret strips
    • 1.5 years experience, experience in a level 1 or 2 preferred
    • Travel experience preferred
    • Must have recent EPIC experience
      • Schedule Information
      • Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion
      • Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters
      • Assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to
      • Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine
      • Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives
        • Unit Specific Information
        • 29-bed/Med Surg unit concentrates on Gynecology, Oncology, and Urogynecology (TVT, Cystoscopy, and A&P repair)
        • General Medical-Surgical diagnoses, including behavioral health that is not eligible for the behavioral health unit, Hematology (Sickle Cell)
        • Navy Blue Scrubs
          • Additional Details
          • Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer
          • RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion
          • Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application
