This opportunity delivers care at our Community Physician Network, Gastroenterology Care location at 7400 North Shadeland Avenue, Suite 100 in Indianapolis.HighlightsCommunity Physician Network is seeking a board-certified advanced practice provider to join a well-established Gastroenterology team at our Community Hospital North campus.
