Position Schedule: M-F 1p-10p. No on call and no
weekendsResponsibilities:Performs medical assessment of Center
patientsEstablishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of
care for center patientsMaintains clinical core competencyAssures
compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting
bodiesMeets with employers to discuss health and safety needs and
conducts work place walk-through and other on-site
assessments.Regularly calls client representatives upon seeing
employee patients for initial injuries and change of duty statusIn
the absence of the Center Medical Director, provides guidance to
other medical staff (e.g. physician assistants, nurse practitioners
and back/front office staff) to ensure Concentras mission is
achieved.Provides an excellent, compassionate and warm patient
experience regardless of patient volumeAbility to manage time,
prioritize and multi-task in a busy environmentThis job description

license in IndianaUnrestricted DEA license for state of
IndianaBoard Ceritification / Board Eligiblity PreferredMedicare
RegistrationDOT/FMCSA certification (or get during
credentialing)Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
degree from accredited institutionJob-Related
