The CST will be responsible for scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases. You will assist the surgeons and anticipate needs. The Certified Surgical Technologist will possess knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique. No weekends or holidays.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsAssociates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP accredited program of Surgical Technology preferred1 year of Operating Room experience preferred, specifically with the MOHS techniqueCertified Surgical Technologist preferred or required within 6 months of hireStrong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skill are requiredDemonstrates ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task with a high degree of responsibility, responsivenessTakes direction well but also self directed and motivatedWhy Community?At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
