The Operating Room CST will be responsible for scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases. You will assist the surgeons and anticipate needs. The Certified Surgical Technologist will possess knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsAssociates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP accredited program of Surgical Technology preferred1 year of Operating Room experience preferredCertified Surgical Technologist preferred or required within 6 months of hireStrong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skill are requiredDemonstrates ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task with a high degree of responsibility, responsivenessTakes direction well but also self directed and motivatedSeeking candidates with 2 or more years' experience in the CVOR for this weekend positionWhy Community?At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
