Job Description:
GFL Environmental Services USA, Inc. is seeking a full-time
Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service
Representative will be accountable for answering customer calls and
entering work orders for an oil-based company.
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to
perform tasks that will help us grow our business and maintain
current customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all
customers via telephone or email.
* Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch
accordingly.
* Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatch.
* Receive and resolve, within established guidelines, customer
questions and concerns.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
* Monitor, resolve, and document customer issues.
* Obtain relevant information to handle product and service
inquires.
* Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling
if needed.
* Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval in
order to set up new customer accounts when Sales Team requests
help.
* Manage customer's accounts.
* Accounts Receivable and collection (when needed).
* Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when
necessary
* Tracking of data in Teams.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service
process.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or
requested by management.
* Maintain a positive attitude and promote the GFL Environmental
image by focusing on cooperation, employee partnership and positive
telephone and email manners.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years CSR experience.
* Associate's degree in business preferred but not required.
* Possess ability to speak and communicate effectively with
customers and employees both verbally and in writing.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to organize multiple projects and have excellent
multitasking skills.
* Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus but not required.
* Good problem-solving ability.
