Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Enablement Specialist to drive
agile transformation and enhance delivery capabilities across
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Guide teams and leadership on agile methodologies and best
practices
Assess agile maturity levels and develop tailored coaching
strategies
Facilitate the adoption of agile mindsets and support continuous
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile
Practitioner in a SaaS or technology-driven company
Deep knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and
Lean
Proven track record of driving agile transformations and improving
team performance
Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience in global,
cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
