• Partner with full-time engineers to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative packaging solutions for various products.
• Enhances and validates sterile and non-sterile package designs, components, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Actively learn and optimize package process parameters in a hands-on environment to improve efficiency and effectiveness of packaging designs and operations
• Evaluate and assess new package concepts and technologies utilizing our advanced prototyping capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive package testing strategies and conduct rigorous testing in our exceptional Package Development Lab to ensure quality, durability and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, manufacturing sites (external and internal), as well as groups involved with labeling and sterilization, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Build and enhance technical competencies related to packaging materials and processes used in manufacturing processes contributing to a deeper understanding of operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of packaging design and testing process, reporting findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
