Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Specialist to manage
overpayments and sensitive claims for various insurance
products.
Key Responsibilities
Perform overpayment collections and negotiate settlements on
high-balance claims
Manage and approve contract agreements, subrogation, and lien
settlements
Provide training and guidance to department staff on handling
complex claims
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2+ years of experience in high-volume phone-based negotiation and
collections
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience with claims recovery, subrogation, or lien settlements
is preferred
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
