Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer - Services
& Performance (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end experience strategy for the Services &
Performance Activation Squad
Guide teams in human-centered design practices and facilitate
stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver
industry-leading product experiences
Required Qualifications
Advanced understanding of Product Design and experience with
Service Design and/or Experience Design
Experience defining journey maps and service blueprints for
end-to-end customer experiences
Superior knowledge of Scrum, lean Product Management, and
human-centered design practices
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior
leadership stakeholders
Portfolio demonstrating a human-centered design process
