Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Total Rewards - Interim
1099.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive compensation structure, including base pay
and incentive plans
Benchmark positions against market data to determine competitive
compensation ranges
Manage benefits renewal processes and oversee the total rewards
team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in compensation administration, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in business or HR
Experience leading a 401K audit
Experience managing self-funded benefits
Experience in Workday is a plus
