Job Description:
A company is looking for a PAP Scheduler, responsible for
scheduling appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and
providing instructions on its use.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and
explain financial responsibilities
Conduct insurance verification and provide coverage details to
customers
Document patient interactions and ensure timely processing of
orders
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial,
or insurance customer services
Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
