A company is looking for a Senior People Operations
Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders and employees on performance management
Run semi-monthly payroll and manage new hire onboarding
processes
Monitor employee benefits and support culture initiatives
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of HR/People Operations experience in a startup or
high-growth company
2+ years of experience in a fully remote environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience with Rippling, Slack, and Greenhouse is a plus
