Responsibilities:
--- Design and implement personalized training programs for athletes to improve performance.
--- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate athletes' strengths and weaknesses.
--- Provide guidance on nutrition and hydration strategies to optimize athletic performance.
--- Monitor and track athletes' progress to adjust training plans accordingly.
--- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive and supportive training environment.

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry.
--- Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Certification.
--- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
--- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
--- US Work Authorization.
