The Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) role involves providing psychotherapy and medication management while working alongside Headway, which supports clinicians in operating their private practice. Therapists can set their own schedules and accept insurance conveniently through Headway's infrastructure. This position allows flexibility in working conditions, including in-person and telehealth sessions, while focusing on enhancing access to mental health care. Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) - Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
