CNC MachinistJob Summary:
We are seeking a Manual/ CNC Machinist in Indianapolis, IN. You will be using skills in machining and precision measuring instruments to produce high-quality components. Blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge will be essential for the employee to have in ensuring accurate production processes. Having experience in CNC programming and GD and T will enable you to operate machinery effectively. If you have experience with manufacturing facilities and quality control, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of the facilities operations.Key Responsibilities:
- you will be operating manual and CNC machines to produce parts according to certain blueprints.- Employee will be using calipers and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate results.- Maintain production efficiency and qualitySkills, Experience, and Knowledge:- Ability to follow process routing and compare routing to print- Ability to determine proper wheel requirements- Experience using ring, grinding frames, V-blocks and special fixtures- Ability to hold a +/- .00005 tolerance- Experience reading and understanding complex prints and process routings.- Use measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, depth mics, dial indicators, and optical comparators.- 3-5 years of experience but will consider individuals who have basic machining experience.- Experience using manual micrometers and calipers.

• Pay Rate:$19-$27/hr
