Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Data Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for member and provider
satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and cost avoidance
Translate feedback into actionable criteria and conduct research to
identify and remediate root causes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate and oversee
claim projects and communicate business and technical
requirements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of operational experience, including experience with CSP
Facets claims tools
2+ years of business analysis experience with strong skills in
gathering requirements
Experience using front-end reporting tools such as Orbit
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Resident of Idaho
