Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Analyst to join their Small
Business Group team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational data to deliver insights and identify
performance drivers
Leverage customer feedback mechanisms to enhance customer
experience
Develop recommendations for process improvements and collaborate
with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of relevant experience in business operations, quality
assurance, or customer experience
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data analysis tools
Strong operational background with project management
experience
Fluency in English, both oral and written
