Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to
manage strategic learning and organizational development
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic learning and development plans
aligned with organizational goals
Create and oversee leadership and career development programs for
team members
Manage the administration of the organization's Learning Management
System (LMS) and support organizational development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of previous learning & development/training experience
Knowledge of instructional design principles and tools
Supportive of a diverse and inclusive work environment
Basic computer skills to navigate required technology
