🔹 Your Role: Air Import/Export Coordinator
You will be responsible for managing air or import/export shipments, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end air import or export shipments
✅ Pre-alert agents and shippers, organize and prepare required documentation
✅ Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination
✅ Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading
✅ Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations
✅ Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing
✅ Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients

🎯 What We re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of experience in international freight forwarding operations
✔ Strong knowledge of air import or export logistics
✔ Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
✔ Problem-solving & decision-making skills in a fast-paced industry
✔ Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software (preferred)
✔ Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
